A consulting-grade marketing strategy report, generated in Spanish from a single input — a business URL or one line describing an idea. In minutes it returns the kind of analysis an agency would take days to assemble: eleven linked sections spanning market sizing, an SEO keyword profile, real named competitors, a 0–100 acquisition score, a costed plan and a scheduled timeline.
The challenge
The whole report is produced in one pass, so every section has to derive from the ones before it: the strategy must answer the weaknesses found in the diagnosis, and the timeline must schedule exactly the actions the strategy defined. Nothing can contradict anything else.
It also has to stay grounded and survive arithmetic. Competitors must be real, verifiable companies and keywords must be terms people actually search, while the market-sizing funnel has to represent the incremental volume the plan would add — not the company's existing scale — and imply a cost per customer that is credible for the sector.
And where the report used to be handed an industry and a city, it now infers both from the website or the user's own words, degrading gracefully to a broader scope rather than inventing a location.
The approach
We drive the analysis with a large language model grounded in live web search and page reading, so every competitor and keyword is verified against the real web rather than generated from memory.
The eleven sections are produced as one coherent chain: each is conditioned on the ones before it, and the funnel's figures are constrained to incremental volume so the implied cost per customer stays plausible for the sector.
The long-running generation runs as an asynchronous background job, with an AI-generated cover image per report, over a React and TypeScript application backed by Postgres, returning a full report in about a minute.
