La comunicación tradicional o “unidimensional” a través de texto plantea muchos problemas para explicar conceptos complejos. Especialmente cuando el espectador tiene muy poca capacidad de concentración, y está sometido a todo tipo de estímulos sensoriales.

La mayor parte de las personas usan de forma intensiva sólo 5-10 servicios online. Si realmente quieres ser uno de ellos debes generar un nivel de entusiasmo enorme. Sólo comunicando en varias dimensiones: palabra, sonido, imagen, emociones, etc. consigues realmente trasladar un mensaje con la potencia adecuada.
